New Apps Track Teen Drivers

In an effort to reduce fatal accidents involving teen drivers, the leading cause of death for their age group, new phone apps allow parents to monitor and even limit teen phone and texting while driving. Other devices are installed directly in the car itself to record and grade a teen driver's performance.
