July 4 Declared Deadliest Day for Teens and Americans on the Road

Warm summer months bring out the drivers, and this is equally true for teenagers.  Data analysis by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) reports July 4 as a deadliest day for young adults and all others joining the motoring crowd.
